Great question! There are two ways to contact us:

– Use our Frontline Agent! Simply click the Agent icon in the lower right corner. If you’ve provided our agent with your name and email, we’ll be in touch! If not, go ahead click the agent botton!

– Click the Contact button at the top of any page and you’ll be taken to our contact form where you can find our email and other contact info, or here.

What’s your pricing structure like? What are the costs?

That’s a great question! We structure the offerings very simply. Jumpseat solutions offers a Managed services, meaning that we take care of all of the backend technology, automation and updates for you. There is a cost for initial setup that includes establishing your account, training the Frontline Agent on all of your documentation, and configuring your included customizations. Our custom subscription covers all updates and maintenance to your services, including the addition of new products or the removal of discontinued products.

How do I get an estimate for a service like Frontline Agent?

The fastest and most accurate way to assist with pricing is to contact us. We will need to understand your unique business, what features and services you’ve requested and how you would like to manage and secure your conversation data.

I have a very custom workflow, can you integrate into our system?

Yes, we can integrate into your custom workflow. We work with your developer, admin, or IT support for assistance in understanding your workflow technically, then we work with your sales and service team for day to day optimizations. This is included with your initial set up.

Who owns the conversation with my Frontline Agent?

The data is yours and we treat is as strictly confidential. We can provide any and all data for your account.

Is your Frontline Agent really a lower cost than hiring more people?

Yes! In California, a full time entry level employee performing the same work as our Frontline Agent, with standard company benefits is around $47,223 per year and can’t provide 24/7 support.
