That’s a great question! We structure the offerings very simply. Jumpseat solutions offers a Managed services, meaning that we take care of all of the backend technology, automation and updates for you. There is a cost for initial setup that includes establishing your account, training the Frontline Agent on all of your documentation, and configuring your included customizations. Our custom subscription covers all updates and maintenance to your services, including the addition of new products or the removal of discontinued products.
The fastest and most accurate way to assist with pricing is to contact us. We will need to understand your unique business, what features and services you’ve requested and how you would like to manage and secure your conversation data.
Yes, we can integrate into your custom workflow. We work with your developer, admin, or IT support for assistance in understanding your workflow technically, then we work with your sales and service team for day to day optimizations. This is included with your initial set up.
